GOOD NEIGHBOR CONDUCT
General Policies
All attendees and their belongings are subject to search upon entry.
The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Physical or verbal harassment or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
Please follow all federal, state, and Port of Peninsula laws, as well as directions from the festival management team, authorized contractors, and posted signage.
No early entry setup before gates open.
Prohibited Items
No outside food and beverages (except empty water bottles).
No cannabis, drugs, outside alcohol, or other controlled substances.
No coolers of any kind.
No smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco (per the Port of the Peninsula, these are smoke-free areas).
No oversized umbrellas, tents, canopies, or oversized blankets.
No lounge or footrest chairs.
No carts or wagons.
No glass of any kind.
No weapons of any kind.
No animals (except service animals).
No professional audio/video recording equipment, including cameras with a detachable lens longer than 4″.
No video or audio recording of concerts without permission from the artist.
No unauthorized distribution of commercial advertisements or vending.
Grounds Reminders
Please do not block aisles or walkways.
Dispose of trash and recycling in designated receptacles.
